SPEAKER PROFILE: TOM FEHLEY

TOM FEHLEY MBE

Team Culture

Tom Fehley is a high-energy speaker who uses his deep operational experience in government, venture-backed businesses, and social ventures to engage each member of the audience.  His strength is translating high-stakes experience into immersive insights on leadership, resilience, and mission execution.

Tom left the SAS in 2020 and has continued to work on challenging problem-sets.  This includes Operation MOONSHOT during the Coronavirus pandemic, early-stage Renewables, as well as founding his own social enterprise to increase bystander CPR rates globally.

Tom’s keynote talks are shaped by his belief in unrecognised leadership, the power of resilience under pressure, and the often-underestimated role of luck in getting things done. His ability to connect elite performance with everyday leadership has made his talks well received in a range of organisations including Leicester Tigers, the Institute of Hoteliers, and Private equity.
