Sally has over 30 years of experience working within the hospitality industry. She has led teams within Forte, Granada, Intercontinental, The Savoy & Jumeirah to success – for the benefit of both the organisations & individuals.
She published her first book in 2021, that will assist people with getting the basics of service right. To then take this to exceptional levels making an emotional connection that creates customer loyalty. Zest for Life branded exceptional leadership and service programmes are available. Teams are making use of the simple practical tools. The aim is to actually make a difference in upgrading all business results.
Sally works with and has worked with diverse clients such as: The Dorchester Collection Academy, The Savoy, St. Ermin’s, Thorpes Joinery, The Lansdowne Club, Aspen Healthcare, Mace, Clifford Chance, Forth Valley College, Artfarm, Ark, Comptoir, Virgin Hotels.
As an ICF qualified coach, Sally continues to work with individuals to reach their maximum potential or overcome challenging situations. It still remains hugely powerful to see how people transform their life. She is also certified to deliver ‘The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ and Franklin Covey’s ‘Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results’ programme
She is also Trustee, Chair of the UK Board and International Head of Training, for Radio Lollipop, which is a charity whose volunteers provide care, comfort, play & entertainment for sick children in hospital. Since 1991 Sally has volunteered on the wards, recruited, trained, presented, organised conferences, leads the UK Board & helped the charity reach more sick children across the world.
