EMILY FLETCHER

Psychology & Marketing

Emily is a psychology-fuelled entrepreneur working at the intersection of marketing and mindset.

After earning her degree in Psychology, she began her career at leading UK agencies WPP and Manning Gottlieb, running campaigns for Morrisons, BMW, Estée Lauder, and Starbucks. Selected for elite industry groups like Facebook Select and ITV VIP, she built a reputation for blending data-led performance with creative impact.

In 2019, Emily founded Reneu Digital, a boutique agency now trusted by global brands and market leaders. Her team has delivered campaigns for Sysco GB, the UK’s leading fresh food wholesaler, and Tesco, supporting recruitment and brand initiatives, as well as lifestyle, sport, and hospitality brands. With teams across the UK and UAE, Reneu helps businesses grow through sharp strategy, paid ads, and content that bring together performance and personality.

Alongside Reneu, Emily is Creative Director at Mindspan, a peak performance psychology company. She develops programmes, digital products, and delivers public talks, keynotes, and workshops that help organisations and individuals reframe their thinking and unlock potential.

Whether scaling brands or inspiring audiences on stage, Emily’s work reflects one belief: business growth and human growth go hand in hand.
